The success of Test World is based on gaining the trust of our clients, which is the cornerstone of our operations. We want to work every day to earn that trust. Our personnel are guided by integrity, openness and a respect for our clients’ wishes and our precious environment. At Test World, we emphasise team spirit, dialogue, innovation and initiative, as well as the promotion of new working methods. Our number one aim is to successfully carry out our clients’ test projects on the best test tracks in the world.

Quality management

The quality system of our type approval unit complies with the international standard SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Security and safety

Security and the confidentiality of tests are vitally important to us and our clients. There is no public access to our test areas. All tracks, halls, offices and storage facilities are closely guarded. All test tyres and vehicles can, upon request, be kept in locked, guarded storage halls.

We pay particular attention to the handling and recording of data. It is our responsibility to make sure that the client is the only party to have access to the results during or after the test.

Each of our units takes care of the safety of the test areas and facilities in their specific area of responsibility. The most important items for the safety of clients and personnel are included in the safety plan as follows:

  • maintaining availability of fire extinguishers and first aid supplies
  • monitoring the accessibility of connecting roads, escape routes and other access roads
  • locking and checking the fuel tanks
  • servicing the maintenance equipment
  • servicing and checking the halls, lifts and tyre fitting machines
  • maintaining first-aid skills

The environment

The company has been granted an environmental permit by the environmental authorities, which is subject to updates if the operations change or expand. According to the permit, we are committed to:

  • collecting waste water in closed containers and transporting it to a waste water treatment plant
  • transporting hazardous waste to a recycling centre
  • sorting other waste and transporting it to a recycling centre
  • recycling used tyres
  • minimising the harmful effect of noise
  • training the personnel for emergencies
  • storing fuel in safe tanks
